They let lyrics flow, exposing their suconscious to our fickle consideration.
Their thoughts, dreams, and situations broken down, sixteen bars at a time, placed over hypnotic tracks for our musical consideration.
So what happens when a male or female hip hop lyrical assains experience heartbreak?
They hash it out. Spit bars. Move on.
So the question here is when a female MC does it, is it pop instead of rap?
